Job Description : Call Centre Operator/ Query Operator

* Basic Computer Skills - (min. 50wpm typing speed)
* Data Entry Experience preferred
* Sound English language skills
* Call Centre experience preferred
* Good communicaiton skills - pleasant phone manner
* Good personal presentation
* Ability to work under pressure without supervision and as part of a team
* Reasonable knowledge of the Red Deer City, & area
* The Communications Centre works on a 24hr 7day rotating roster.
* Spelling, typing and location tests as well as an Aptitude Assessment will be conducted at any interview
* Applicants may also be required to be available for on the job assesment of approximately 2 hours
